From October 18 to 22, 2024, Karr Italiana participated in the SIC in Caserta, the Dairy and Canning Industry Exhibition, as an exhibitor.
Karr Italiana’s participation in the exhibition event was a great success, and its partnership with the three industrial automation companies Marotta Evolution, AMC and Almac, which together created MAXIMA, a union of innovation, a group, presented during the first day of SIC, aroused deep interest.

In fact, the MAXIMA award was held on Friday, October 18, 2024. It aimed to reward industrial innovation and excellence in the automation sector. Karr Italiana ‘s booth was the venue for this event, which was attended by SIC President Massimo Coda, exhibition organizer Michele Erra, Adolfo Bottazzo Vice President Confindustria of Caserta as well as Campania Regional Councilor Andrea Volpe.

Also present was Alberto Savina, representative of Fiere di Parma’s Cibus Tec, who said how important the innovation brought by MAXIMA to the dairy industry is. Prizes were awarded to the quanttro entrepreneurs whose talents brought MAXIMA to life, namely Ettore Oldrini for Karr Italiana, Carmine Marotta for Marotta Evolution, Fabio Marano for AMC and Paride Lotti for Almac, and an award was also given to Massimo Coda, president of SIC.

MAXIMA, the new large machine, capable of carrying out the entire process of creating burrata, from milk to packaging, was put into action for the first time, officially, in Karr Italiana ‘s large exhibition space at SIC in Caserta.
